High-Performance Limited Slip Differential

Our plate-type LSDs (Limited Slip Differentials) are crafted from forged nickel-chromoly steel and undergo specialized heat treatments, including Super Sub-Zero and Cryogenic treatment. Additionally, they are subjected to shot peening and WPC processes to enhance core and surface strength, increase wear resistance, and extend service life.

Ramp Angles & Customization

✔ Ring gear / crown wheel bolts made of high-tensile steel (Grade 12.9)
✔ Extra-thick Belleville/conical washer, for those who want to experiment with higher preload values

Important Reminder:

We recommend using gear oils with shockproof additives or friction modifiers, commonly labeled as "LS" (Limited Slip) gear oils, specifically for plate-type LSDs.

The most common SAE grade is 75W-140 LS and only with LS specifications if a plate-type LSD is installed.

It is also advisable to add gear oil directly to the LSD during installation into the gearbox. Please note that although we apply anti-rust oil during assembly at our factory, it does not provide lubrication.
