Our plate-type LSDs (Limited Slip Differentials) are crafted from forged nickel-chromoly steel and undergo specialized treatments such as Super Sub-Zero (cryogenic treatment). Certain applications also receive shot peening and WPC processing to improve core and surface strength, increase wear resistance, and extend service life.

⚠️ Important Reminder
Use gear oils with shockproof additives or friction modifiers, typically labeled as "LS" (Limited Slip), specifically for plate-type LSDs.
Most common viscosity: 75W-140 LS
We recommend adding gear oil directly into the LSD before installation. → Note: although we apply anti-rust oil during factory assembly, it does not provide lubrication.
