⚙️ Technical Specifications

Our plate-type LSDs (Limited Slip Differentials) are crafted from forged nickel-chromoly steel and undergo specialized heat treatments such as Super Sub-Zero (cryogenic treatment). Additionally, some applications are also treated with shot peening and WPC processes to enhance core and surface strength, increase wear resistance, and extend service life.

The use of high-strength materials, combined with these advanced treatments, not only minimizes friction and enhances fatigue strength, but also contributes to weight reduction and improved internal lubrication, thanks to large windows and multi-hole designs.

As a result, our LSDs offer exceptional durability (*successfully proven in track cars with *850 HP and *800 Nm), typically requiring no servicing during the first 2,000 km of special stage use, while maintaining consistent and stable performance.

⚠️ Important Reminder

• We recommend using gear oils with shockproof additives or friction modifiers, typically labeled as “LS” (Limited Slip) gear oils, specifically for plate-type LSDs.
• The most commonly used grade is 75W-140 LS.
• During installation, we strongly advise adding gear oil directly into the LSD. Please note that although we apply anti-rust oil during assembly at our factory, it does not provide lubrication.
