    High-performance final drive specifically developed for the SADEV ST90/14 sequential gearbox, engineered for demanding motorsport applications.

    Ratio:
    12/56 = 4.667
    Other ratios can be manufactured on request.

    Material:
    Manufactured from high-strength Ni-Cr-Mo alloy steel, selected for its excellent mechanical strength, toughness, impact resistance and long-term durability under high torque and severe racing conditions.

    Hardness:
    HRC 56–60 surface hardness, providing excellent resistance to wear, pitting and surface fatigue under demanding motorsport conditions.

    Surface Treatments:
    Multiple advanced surface treatments are applied to further enhance fatigue resistance, surface integrity and durability:

    • Sandblasting – Provides a uniform surface finish and prepares the component for subsequent finishing processes.
    • Shot Peening – Improves fatigue resistance by introducing beneficial compressive residual stresses into the surface.
    • WPC Treatment – Micro-particle surface treatment designed to improve fatigue and wear resistance, reduce friction and enhance surface durability.

    Heat Treatments:
    A combination of advanced heat-treatment processes is applied to achieve high surface hardness while maintaining a strong and tough core:

    • Carburizing – Produces a hard, wear-resistant case while retaining a tough and impact-resistant core.
    • Deep Cryogenic Treatment – Enhances microstructural and dimensional stability, wear resistance and long-term durability under repeated high-load operation.
