Flywheel

✅ High-Strength Forged Chromoly Steel (CrMo) – Unlike conventional racing flywheels manufactured from standard machined steel, our flywheels are made from high-strength forged chromoly steel and undergo a specialised nitriding heat treatment, achieving an exceptional 58–62 HRC surface hardness. This combination delivers superior mechanical strength, increased resistance to wear and deformation, and outstanding long-term durability, even under the most demanding motorsport conditions.
Why does this matter?
⚠️ Many conventional racing flywheels suffer from premature starter ring gear tooth wear, especially in high-compression engines.
Note: Our flywheels are virtually unbreakable, and come with a 1-year warranty for motorsport use against material or manufacturing defects—with no mileage limit!
CLUTCH COVER:
✅Material: Forged 6061-T6 aluminum with Electroless Plating Coating for:

✅ The legs are equipped with metal rivets for increased durability.
✅ The tightening torque for the clutch cover to flywheel screws (M8x1.25 grade 12.9) is 40Nm.

✅ Sintered friction material, manufactured using our proprietary blend of sintered metal compounds and engineered to tight manufacturing tolerances.

FLYWHEEL TO CRANKSHAFT BOLTS (set of 8 pcs)
