This flywheel is designed for the Opel Corsa A GSI 1.6L 8v and Vauxhall Nova GSI 1.6L 8v with the following engine codes:

• E16SE (1988-1992)
• C16SEI (1989-1992)
• C16SE (1992-1993)

Additionally, it may also be compatible with other Opel engines, including:

• C16XE (1.6L 16v) – Found in the Corsa B GSI.
• X16XE (1.6L 16v) – Found in the Corsa B GSI and Tigra A.
• C16SEL (1.6L 16v) – Found in the Astra C.

• Designed for 184mm step-type racing clutches
• Crafted from forged CrMo steel and subjected to a specialized heat treatment process (nitriding), achieving a surface hardness of 60 HRC—twice the hardness of standard polished or machined flywheels available on the market.

Why does this matter?

• Many flywheels wear quickly, especially the starter motor ring gear, when used in high-compression engines.
• A higher HRC value means increased resistance to wear, ensuring longer service life and greater reliability.
