• For previous Peugeot 306 and Citroën ZX and Xsara models, a 215 mm clutch disc is needed.

This flywheel, like the rest of the ones we manufacture, are made of CrMo FORGED STEEL and then receive a special heat treatment called "NITRIDING TREATMENT" offering hardness values around 60 HRC, when the vast majority of competition flywheels do not exceed 30 HRC, hence our flywheels are virtually unbreakable and highly resistant to wear, offering 1 year warranty in competition without mileage limit!

"Ultralight flywheel" 3.9kg for Peugeot 306 S16, XSi (16v) GTI/Rallye, 406 2.0 16v & Citroen ZX Dakar, Xsara VTS/VTR 2.0 16v with XU10J4 engines, where the most popular is the XU10J4RS of 167hp, although this flywheel can also be fitted to any XU engine in combination with the 215mm clutch kit fitted to XU10J4 engines, making it an interesting option for the 205 and 309 GTi among others.
