Returns Policy – RSX Racing Solutions

At RSX Racing Solutions, we accept returns under specific conditions, as our products are designed for highly specific vehicle applications. Below is our full returns, exchanges, and refund policy.

Return period

Returns can be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. In cases of delivery delays or exceptional circumstances, this period may be extended to 45 days, to be assessed individually.

Refund conditions

  • Only the product amount will be refunded. Shipping costs already incurred are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to a product exchange (due to customer error), any difference in value will be issued as store credit.
  • If a profesional client pays VAT and is later verified as a valid intra-community operator, VAT will be refunded as store credit.
  • We always aim to provide a satisfactory solution and will prioritize offering an appropriate exchange before refunding.
  • Full refunds will only be issued in cases where the product cannot be manufactured or delivered within a reasonable time frame, and both parties agree to cancel the order.

Return shipping costs

  • If the error is ours (i.e., the product delivered is different from what was ordered), we will cover all return and reshipment costs.
  • In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for return and replacement shipping costs.

Conditions for return approval

  • The product must not be mounted or assembled.
  • It must be free from signs of use, damage, handling marks, or scratches.
  • It must include its original packaging in acceptable condition. It doesn’t need to be perfect, but it must not be torn or severely damaged.

Product specificity and customer error

  • Our parts are designed for specific models, often specific versions of transmissions or gearbox codes.
  • If the customer orders the wrong product, we accept exchanges if the correct part is available. In this case, the customer will bear the shipping costs for the return and the new delivery.
  • We do not accept two consecutive exchange requests due to repeated errors by the customer.
  • If the correct part is unavailable and the returned item meets the above return conditions, we will accept the return.

Returns due to change of mind

In case the customer requests a return for reasons not related to product error, defect, or incompatibility (i.e., change of mind), a 20% fee of the invoice amount will be retained to cover administrative and manipulating costs.

  • This deduction will be applied to the refundable amount once the return is approved under the general conditions stated above.

  • Shipping costs (both initial and return) are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Non-returnable items

Products that have been handled, mounted, or show signs of use cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Warranty claims and shipments to manufacturer

In warranty cases where the product must be sent to the manufacturer for inspection or replacement, both the shipping to and from the manufacturer will be assessed individually. Responsibility for those costs will depend on the result of the warranty evaluation, and will be discussed with the customer in each case.

Warranty clause for parts used in competition 
This clause applies both to parts expressly designed for use in competition and to standard parts which, although not specifically designed for that purpose, have been used in competitive environments such as rallies, circuits, drifting, autocross, etc. Competition conditions involve extreme mechanical stress, high temperatures, unpredictable conditions and demands beyond the ordinary use intended by the manufacturer. Therefore, both parts manufactured specifically for use in competition and standard parts used in such environments are excluded from the legal guarantee of conformity as established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Directive (EU) 2019/771. These products do not have a guarantee of durability, performance or resistance under actual conditions of use in competition. The company shall not be liable for any faults, wear and tear or damage resulting from competitive use, mechanical stress, poor installation or maintenance. However, in cases of clearly demonstrable manufacturing defects not related to use, assembly or operating conditions, claims will be accepted if all of the following requirements are met: - The part has not been installed or used - The defect has been reported within a maximum of 7 calendar days from delivery - The product is returned in its original packaging and without tampering By purchasing this type of product, the customer expressly accepts these conditions and exempts the manufacturer or supplier from any liability arising from its use in competitive environments, whether with products designed for competition or with standard parts used for that purpose.
