Extras (not included):

✔ Special Ring Gear / Crown Wheel Bolts M14x1.50, made from high-tensile 12.9 Chromoly steel, ensuring a secure and reliable installation. The crown bolts are tightened to the torque specified by the manufacturer in the repair manual. We suggest to use a high-strength threadlocker such as Loctite 271 (red) or, for maximum security, Loctite 270/2701 (green).

Material:

Manufactured from billet and forged Ni-Cr-Mo steel, delivering exceptional mechanical strength, high impact resistance, and long-term durability under high torque and aggressive driving conditions.

Hardness:

• HRC 56–60, ensuring excellent resistance to wear and surface fatigue, even in demanding motorsport applications.

Surface Treatments:

Multiple advanced surface treatment processes are applied to maximize durability and reliability:

• Sandblasting – Ensures uniform surface finish and optimal surface preparation
• Shot peening – Increases fatigue strength by inducing compressive surface stresses
• WPC treatment – Enhances surface hardness, reduces friction, and improves micro-surface durability

• Carburizing – Produces a hard, wear-resistant surface while maintaining a tough core
• Cryogenic treatment – Improves dimensional stability, wear resistance, and long-term gear mesh performance
