Component Features
Flywheel
- Weight: only 3.50 kg
- Material: Forged CrMo steel, nitriding heat-treated
- Hardness: HRC 58–62 → over twice as hard as standard flywheels
→ Prevents wear on starter ring gear in high-compression engines
- Longevity: High surface hardness = extended service life & reliability
Clutch Cover
- Material: Forged 6061-T6 aluminum, hard anodized
- Construction: Steel-riveted legs for near-lifetime durability. Hardened steel thrust buttons/rivets offer a smooth and durable surface for the clutch cover legs, pressure, and floater plates.
Top/Pressure & Floating Plates
- Material: Forged chromoly steel, cryogenically treated (in some applications)
Clutch Disc
- Material: Sintered friction with multiple design options
- Standard version: Three large pads

Stick-Up Adapter
- Material: Induction-hardened steel (50–55 HRC)
