Flywheel

  • Weight: 3.7 kg
  • Material: Forged CrMo steel, nitriding heat-treated
  • Surface hardness: HRC 58–62
    → More than twice the hardness of standard flywheels
    → Prevents premature wear of the starter ring gear in high-compression engines
  • Longevity: High surface hardness ensures extended service life and reliability

Clutch Cover

  • Material: Forged 6061-T6 aluminum, hard anodized
  • Construction:
    Steel-riveted legs designed for near-lifetime durability
    Hardened steel thrust buttons/rivets provide a smooth, wear-resistant contact surface for clutch cover legs, pressure plate, and floater plates
  • Cover-to-flywheel bolt torque:
    41 Nm (M8x1.25, grade 12.9)

Pressure Plate & Floating Plate

  • Material: Forged chromoly steel
  • Treatment: Cryogenically treated (in selected applications)

Sintered Clutch Discs – Ø184 mm (7.25")

  • Material: Proprietary blend of sintered metal compounds, manufactured to precise tolerances
  • Standard disc design:
    Three large friction pads for optimal engagement, durability, and reliability
  • Hub:
    Machined from forged chromoly steel and induction hardened for maximum strength and wear resistance

    Available upon request (e.g. custom spline configurations)

Clutch Release Bearing & Specific Aluminum Support

  • Release bearing:
    Racing-grade bearing designed to withstand extreme mechanical loads and high operating temperatures
