Technical Description

This 1 piece flywheel is precision-machined from forged CrMo (chromoly) steel, offering exceptional strength and durability.

It features high-frequency induction hardening on the starter ring gear teeth, achieving a surface hardness of HRC 45–55, significantly higher than untreated flywheels (typically ~HRC 30).

Additionally, the entire flywheel is subjected to Gaseous Nitrocarburizing — a surface treatment that dramatically improves fatigue resistance, wear life, and corrosion protection.

💡 Most racing flywheels on the market lack this level of advanced surface treatments (those with typical machined or glossy finish) and therefore do not exceed HRC 30.

As a result, our flywheels are virtually unbreakable, extremely wear-resistant, and come with a 1-year competition warranty — with no mileage limit.
