This flywheel is manufactured from forged CrMo (Chromoly) steel and undergoes high-frequency induction hardening to enhance the durability of the ring gear teeth, achieving a hardness level of HRC 45–55, compared to untreated teeth, which are typically around HRC 30.

Additionally, the flywheel is treated with Gaseous Nitrocarburizing, a process that hardens the entire surface, significantly improving fatigue resistance and corrosion protection.

Most racing flywheels on the market do not exceed HRC 30, as they lack advanced surface treatments, resulting in the typical machined or glossy finish.

As a result, our flywheels are virtually unbreakable, extremely wear-resistant, and come with a 1-year competition warranty — with no mileage limit.
