🏭 Manufacturing Process

Our plate-type LSDs (Limited Slip Differentials) are precision-engineered from forged Nickel-Chromoly steel and undergo advanced thermal treatments, including cryogenic treatment.
They are also processed with shot peening and WPC surface strengthening to enhance structural integrity, reduce wear, and extend service life.

Thanks to these materials and treatments, our LSDs minimize friction, improve strength, and reduce weight. The incorporation of large oil windows and multiple holes ensures better internal lubrication.

The result: exceptional durability, improved traction, and consistent braking performance, with no servicing required during the first 2,000 km of special stages.

However, we can customize the preload according to your specific requirements.

• A complete set of high-tensile (grade 12.9) ring gear bolts for secure and reliable installation
• One additional Belleville (conical) washer, +0.20 mm thicker, providing an estimated +20 Nm increase in preload — ideal for testing higher preload settings, commonly used in gravel rally applications
