Manufactured from billet and forged Ni-Cr-Mo alloy steel, offering exceptional mechanical strength, high impact resistance, and long-term durability under extreme torque loads

Hardness:

HRC 56–60, ensuring excellent resistance to wear and surface fatigue, even in demanding motorsport applications

Surface Treatments:

Multiple advanced surface treatment processes are applied to maximize durability and reliability:

• Sandblasting – Ensures uniform surface finish and optimal surface preparation
• Shot peening – Increases fatigue strength by inducing compressive surface stresses
• WPC treatment (optional)– Enhances surface hardness, reduces friction, and improves micro-surface durability

Heat Treatments:

To achieve maximum strength, dimensional stability, and service life, the following heat treatments are applied:

• Carburizing – Produces a hard, wear-resistant surface while maintaining a tough core
• Cryogenic treatment (optional)– Improves dimensional stability, wear resistance, and long-term gear mesh performance
