Flywheel Design & Key Improvements

Our flywheel retains the same dimensions and weight (2.95 kg) as the Porsche Motorsport flywheel (PN: 99710204192 / 997.102.041.92 / 997-102-041-92) but features several significant upgrades:

✅ One-Piece Design with Integral Ring Gear – Far more reliable than the Porsche Motorsport / Sachs Racing two-piece bolt-on ring gear system.
✅ High-Strength Forged Chromoly Steel (CrMo) – Special nitriding heat treatment provides a 60 HRC surface hardness (twice as hard as the OEM Porsche Motorsport flywheel).
✅ Enhanced Durability & Longevity – Greater resistance to wear, deformation, and heat-related fatigue.

Accessories

✅ Flywheel Grooved Ball Bearing – Equivalent to Porsche Motorsport PN: 93110211102. Included with the flywheel.
✅ Flywheel M10x1.25 Socket Head Screws, Grade 12.9 – Equivalent to Porsche Motorsport PN: 93010220600, but with a shorter head height for increased clearance with the bottom clutch disc. Must be ordered separately.
