DESCRIPTION

Ultra-lightweight 184mm (7.25") single-disc clutch kit, with a total assembly weight of just 6.6 kg (flywheel + clutch kit).
Suitable for all types of motorsport and racing disciplines, including rally, circuit racing, hillclimb, drag racing, autocross, rallycross, and more.


COMPONENTS & FEATURES

Flywheel

Weight: 3.8 kg
Material: Forged CrMo steel, heat-treated via nitriding
Hardness: Reaches HRC 58–62 — up to twice as hard as standard flywheels, preventing premature wear, especially on the starter ring gear in high-compression engines
Durability: Higher hardness ensures extended service life and enhanced reliability

Flywheel-to-Crankshaft Bolts

Specification: M19x1.00 bolts manufactured from Grade 12.9 hardened steel, offering superior tensile strength and performance under extreme loads

Clutch Cover

Material: Forged 6061-T6 aluminum with hard anodized finish
Construction: Steel-riveted legs for outstanding structural integrity and near-lifetime durability

Pressure Plate & Floating Plate

Material: Forged chromoly steel
Optional Treatment: Cryogenically treated in selected applications to increase strength and fatigue resistance

Clutch Disc

Material: Sintered friction compound, available in various pad configurations
Standard Version: Equipped with three large friction pads and 21mm x 18 teeth spline.
Customization: Custom spline configurations available upon request

Release Bearing Set

Billet Bearing Support:
• Direct replacement for OEM plastic retainer
• OEM part is prone to heat deformation, causing misalignment and premature failure
• RSX billet version is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in red hard anodizing
• Delivers exceptional strength and thermal stability — ideal for high-temperature racing environments

Racing-Grade Release Bearing:
• Specifically designed for racing clutches with straight-finger diaphragms
• Withstands extreme mechanical loads and thermal stress
• Steel cage and hardened outer shell construction
• Pre-lubricated with high-temperature grease
• Outperforms standard OEM bearings in demanding conditions
