Component Features

Flywheel

• Weight: Only 3.0 kg
• Material: Forged CrMo steel, nitriding heat-treated
• Hardness: HRC 58–62 → more than twice as hard as standard flywheels
  → Prevents wear on the starter ring gear in high-compression engines
• Longevity: High surface hardness = extended service life and reliability

The flywheels are available in two versions: with the original pulse ring or with 60-2 gearing for programmable/racing ECUs.

Clutch Cover

• Material: Forged 6061-T6 aluminum with ultralight-weight design and Electroless Nickel Plating (ENP) coating.

This advanced metallic treatment provides superior wear resistance, excellent heat transfer and dimensional stability, and outstanding resistance to oils, fuels, and high temperatures, ensuring a clean and durable appearance over time.

• Construction: Steel-riveted legs for near-lifetime durability. Hardened steel thrust buttons/rivets offer a smooth and wear-resistant surface for the clutch cover legs, pressure plate, and floater plate.
• Tightening Torque: Cover-to-flywheel bolts (M8 × 1.25, grade 12.9): 40 Nm

Top / Pressure & Floating Plates

• Material: Forged chromoly steel, cryogenically treated (in some applications)

Clutch Disc

• Material: 6.4mm thick sintered material with three large-pad design
• Spline: Ø22 mm × 26 teeth
• Customization: Available on request (e.g., custom spline)
