RENAULT CLIO 3 SPORT RS 184MM SINGLE AND TWIN DISCS CLUTCH KITS:
Specifically developed for the Renault Clio 3 Sport RS 197hp & 200hp equipped with 6-speed TL4 gearboxes, this kit works seamlessly with the OE hydraulic release bearing and includes:

A 184mm (7.25”) light weight flywheel with OE, or with 60-2 timing gear and both weighing 3.20kg.

A single-disc clutch version that holds over 400 hp and 450 Nm, depending on the configuration and weighs 2.80kg, or a twin-disc which holds over 1.000hp and 1.200Nm torque and weighs 4.20kg.

A custom aluminum spacer for the single-disc clutch kit.

A stick-up adaptor for proper alignment with the OE hydraulic release bearing.
The spacer ensures the same throw-out bearing travel, while the stick-up adaptor allows proper seating of the release bearing against the diaphragm fingers. This design improves clutch pedal feel and facilitates better modulation.
The OE hydraulic release bearing's flat fulcrum point often struggles to align with the flat diaphragm design of race clutch covers, causing difficulties at the start lines due to poor pedal feedback. Our solution addresses this issue for smoother and more responsive operation.

Twin-disc clutch kit: €1.375.00 RRP (with stick-up adaptor) or €1.292,50 RRP (without stick-up adaptor).
Note: The spacer is not required for the twin-disc version and when using sequential gearboxes with the Clio 3 RS, the stick-up adapter and spacer are not necessary/compatible.

Available in two versions: one with the OE timing gear and another with a 60-2 timing gear, designed specifically for engines equipped with programmable ECUs.

Our flywheels are crafted from forged CrMo steel and undergo a specialized heat treatment process (nitriding), achieving a surface hardness of 60 HRC. This is twice the hardness of those polished or machined flywheels available in the market, which tend to wear quickly—particularly the starter motor ring gear—when used in high-compression engines.

The higher the HRC value, the more resistant the flywheel is and therefore the longer the service life and reliability

Clutch Covers:

Made from Forged 6061T6 aluminum and treated with hard anodizing for increased strength, durability and scratch resistance.

The clutch cover legs have steel rivets for near-lifetime durability.

Top/Pressure and Floating Plates:

Made by Forged chromoly steel and cryogenically treated in some applications for superior strength and lasting.

Clutch Discs:

Made from sintered material, with various designs available. The standard version features three large pads.

Custom splines are available upon request.

Aluminium spacer and stick-up adaptor:

The aluminum spacer is crafted from 6061/T6 alloy and features a red hard-anodized finish for enhanced durability.

The stick-up adapter is made from hardened steel with a hardness rating of 50-55 HRC, ensuring low wear and long-lasting.
