Clutch Cover
- Material: Forged 6061-T6 aluminum, hard anodized
- Construction: Steel-riveted legs for near-lifetime durability. Hardened steel thrust buttons/rivets offer a smooth and durable surface for the clutch cover legs, pressure, and floater plates.
- The tightening torque for the cover-to-flywheel bolts (M8x1.25, grade 12.9) is 40 Nm.
Top/Pressure Plate
- Material: Forged chromoly steel, cryogenically treated (in some applications)
Sintered Clutch Disc — Ø184 mm (7.25")
- Material: Proprietary blend of sintered metal compounds, engineered with precise manufacturing tolerances
- Standard version design: Three large friction pads for optimal engagement and reliability.
- Spline: 19T x 19,6mm (other spline options available upon request)
- Hub: Machined from forged chromoly steel and induction hardened for maximum strength and wear resistance
- Customization: Available on request (e.g. custom spline)
Clutch release bearing + specific support
- Bearing: racing-grade quality release bearing, essential for any race clutch to withstands extreme mechanical loads and high working temperatures
- Specific support made of AL6061 T6 with hard anodize
