Manufacturing Process:
Our Torsen (helical gears) LSDs are made from FORGED Nickel-Chromoly steel, with special heat treatments and finishes such as super sub-zero, shot peening, and WPC, increasing surface hardness to deliver ultimate strength and durability. This makes them the ideal choice for turbocharged engines with high torque and power, such as those used in drag racing cars with over 1,000 hp!
Our in-house high-angle helical gear design enhances traction and cornering speed, surpassing even some plate-type LSDs available on the market.
The maintenance-free and noise-free operation makes our Torsen LSDs the perfect option for road and track day cars, while also being highly effective and cost-efficient for racing, drag, and rally cars.

Important Reminder:
We recommend using OE or fully synthetic gear oil with NO shockproof additives or friction modifiers (known as "LS" gear oils, exclusive to plate-type LSDs).
It is also recommended to add gear oil to the LSD when assembling it into the gearbox. We use anti-rust oil during assembly at our factory, but it has no lubrication function.
