  • Material: Forged CrMo steel, nitriding heat-treated
  • Hardness: HRC 58–62 → more than twice as hard as standard flywheels
    → Prevents wear on starter ring gear in high-compression engines
  • Longevity: High surface hardness ensures extended service life and reliability

Clutch Cover

  • Material: Forged 6061-T6 aluminum, hard anodized
  • Cover-to-flywheel bolt torque:
    M8 × 1.25 – Grade 12.9 → 41 Nm

Top / Pressure & Floating Plates

  • Material: Forged chromoly steel
  • Treatment: Cryogenically treated (depending on application)

Sintered Clutch Discs — Ø184 mm (7.25")

  • Material: Proprietary blend of sintered metal compounds, manufactured with tight tolerances
  • Standard design: Three large friction pads for optimal engagement and durability
