4-Plate 140mm Clutch Cover

✔ Material: Forged 6061-T6 aluminum with Electroless Plating Coating for:

• Enhanced hardness & wear resistance
• Improved corrosion resistance 
  

✔ Clutch cover legs are equipped with metal rivets for increased durability.

✔ Chromium-vanadium alloy steel diaphragm, with a special heat treatment, offers superior strength, elasticity, heat resistance, and excellent wear resistance.

The tightening torque for the clutch plate screws is 4.5Nm, both for single-disc and twin-disc clutches.

Top/Pressure Plate

✔ Material: Forged chromoly steel, ensuring maximum performance and longevity.
✔ Cryogenic treatment for increased strength and durability under high loads.

Clutch Discs
